We are looking for a talented HR Project Management Director to join our Accelera HR team in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Secures senior leadership sponsorship of projects and approval of objectives; keeps business leadership apprised of project status and developments; monitors project success measures and understands the status of specific projects and assignments.
  • Partners with business leaders and manages the full life cycle of HR projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance in a fast-paced environment. Advise on alignment with core business HR processes versus differentiation.
  • Tap into a start-up mentality, infuse new ways of working/thinking and open mindedness to debate the art of possible.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as HR business partners, managers, vendors, and consultants, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Align HR processes with unique business needs with an emphasis on agility in addition to quality.
  • Drive organizational design and effectiveness for Accelera through the management of projects in partnership with the Centers of Expertise.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, continuums, and communication trees across Accelera and within individual business units as needed.
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR project management processes, standards, and tools.
  • Support HR processes across business units.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Organizational Savvy - Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.

Scope Management - Manages a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.

Schedule Management - Manages the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.

Project Resource Management - Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively.

Project Issue and Risk Management - Manages the process to identify, assess and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and processes to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of negative events or to maximize the realization of positive events.

Education/Experience

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 – $250,000

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
