MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Director, People Operations to join the Human Resources Team! Individual reports to SVP, People Operations. Role is remote - must reside in the United States and be willing to work PST hours.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director, People Operations partners directly with HR leadership to improve all functions of human resources: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Risk Mitigation/Compliance, Employee Engagement, Corporate Communications, Career Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Safety, Workers Compensation, Food & Beverage with some involvement in Facilities Operations.
The position reports directly to the SVP, People.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $160,000 - $175,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.
