Step 2: Job Summary

The Little Gym of San Jose is seeking a Infant, Toddler Teacher to to teach weekday morning Parent/Child classes with our proven curriculum to grow each child's physical, social, and emotional development.

General responsibilities include:

Teaching magical classes
Providing outstanding member service and making long-lasting member relationships
Selling the program to new and existing customers
Working as a team to keep our facility as clean & safe as possible

Step 3: Ideal Candidate:

You can impact hundreds of local families and children each week! The Little Gym team members must demonstrate passion for children, physical fitness, health & wellness, and building relationships with customers. Selling the program is a crucial part of this job as well. Candidates with strong communication skills who can convey benefits and find out customers' motivations for their inquiry are invaluable to the success of the gym. Working with groups of children of all ages required.

Qualifications and Skills

Friendly, positive, can do attitude!

Experience working with children
Background in fitness a plus (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Jose, CA 95118: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
