We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented person to join the Maine Criminal Defense Group and work remotely. You will screen incoming calls and leads for their viability to the Firm as new clients and make callers feel welcome and informed about the Firm’s services. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. $18 - $22 hourly

• Looking for friendly and empathetic person with phone sales and customer service skills to qualify candidates for the Firm's services.
• Gather and document customer information, payment, and fit for the firm in our contact management software
• Book consultations with incoming potential clients
• Stay on top of Leads
• Work remotely
• Keep in constant communication with team members to sync activities such as appointments and calls
• Improve sales skills and knowledge to increase sales success rates
• Commuting distance to the office is desired for training, and some meetings.

• Ability to communicate with empathy on the phone
• Ability to input customer data while listening to callers
• Ability to prequalify new clients for sales intake
• CRM and case management software experience a plus
• Previous legal experience is a plus
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• College Degree a plus
