CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant provides an executive level of administrative support to the CEO; as well as to the Partners Group, as necessary. This position is the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO; including but not limited to handling information requests, performing clerical functions, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. This person in this position will need to collaborate heavily with the rest of the Executive Assistant team to organize and coordinate complex schedules for meetings; and will also need to coordinate, book, and schedule complex travel for the CEO. The role is currently mapped as a hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote – however, days in the office may adjust to support business needs – i.e., in support of office events or Board meetings.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is expected to perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties. The ideal candidate must possess a broad administrative, technical, and professional skillset and have a demonstrated work history in similar roles at the C Suite level. He/she will provide support to the CEO and will coordinate with all other senior-level Executive Assistants when necessary.
