We are looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing organization!

Qualifications


General Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the following daily Accounts Payable tasks.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices and check requests
  • Following guidelines for coding invoices for accounting
  • 3-way matching
  • Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions

Specific Job Requirements

  • Possess effective communications skills to solve billing issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Professional interpersonal and written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Digitally maintain accounts payable records

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some accounts payable experience preferred
