We are One11Madison and we're on the search for the perfect addition to our team - a Bartender/Server! The main purpose of this position is to physically represent One11Madison, on site, for a variety of service work within the Downtown Memphis location. .

Our work environment includes:

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons

• Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
• Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

Position Scope:
This is a general management support position and is considered essential. However, duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervising the operation & maintenance of the bar days.
• Train or coordinate training in facility with staff proper layout and walk-thru of event space.
• Monitors and controls supplies and inventory. (orders supplies/tools as necessary)
• Maintains a master schedule of all tasks, checklist and submits them weekly.
• Submits budget recommendations or cost control methods pertaining to areas of improvement for One11Madison
• Ensures high standards of sanitation, safety, comfort, and aesthetics in the entire

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
