We are seeking to hire a Foreclosure Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills with a strong work ethic and heavy attention to detail. Foreclosure experience is a plus.

Summary: Responsible for assisting in the daily processing of non-judicial foreclosures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures.
• Requests/retrieves client executed documents from client websites/portals and creates necessary related documents to send for recording.
• Incoming document intake, sorting, distribution & processing.
• Reviewing and updating tracking pages.
• Completes monitors progress and ensures deadlines are met for foreclosure processing.
• Ensures case management system is property documented with accurate and comprehensive status updates.
• Ensure compliance with all client and investor requirements.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills required: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Adobe Acrobat; Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Access.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
