The Martino Group in Denton, TX is seeking to hire a full-time Housekeeper / Janitor to play a vital role in the overall Class-A appeal of our properties that keeps our owners happy and retains tenants. A Day in The Life of a Housekeeper / Janitor
The Housekeeper/Janitor position requires that you have good communication skills and a keen attention to detail. You will assist in bringing all make ready units up to move-in standards as well as assisting with housekeeping needs within the maintenance department. You will provide great understand customer service and keep assigned areas, such as the office, fitness center, common areas, hallways, and exteriors clean and clear of debris. You work cooperatively with your team members and communicate well with residents to meet The Martino Group standards.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, and may be exposed to paint fumes and other fumes such as from cleaning supplies. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, 40 hours or more per week. Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
