Cordova Psychiatric Associates is Hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Near Cordova, TN
We're looking for a full-time Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our practice. The Candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive health care management and psychiatric nursing services. The right candidate will be board certified in psychiatry, be able to effectively make clinical decisions, and demonstrate an ability to relate with patients and an interest in working as part of a team. Credentialed with major networks preferred. Must be able to work Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations.
- Prescribe medications for patients suffering from mental illness and substance abuse.
- Understand psychiatric disorders, including substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
- Serve as a consultant within the psychiatric health care team.
