Job details

Elements of the Job:

• Applying finish and stain to furniture using spray equipment
• Wiping stain
• Inspecting furniture
• Sanding furniture
• Repairing wood defects and finish issues
• Loading and unloading furniture from the Finish line
• Supporting other production areas of the Factory as needed

Keys to Success:

• Medically able to wear a respirator
• Very dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to work 45 hours
• A supportive team player who enjoys working with others
• Likes a fast pace
• Good attention to detail and having an artistic eye
• Able to moderately lift, push, pull, bend, and twist

Job type & Compensation

• Full-time
• 3 performance-based wage increases within 1st year
• Hourly wage & Weekly pay
• $2/hour spray bonus
• Weekly Bonus and Overtime opportunities

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays, 6 AM – 10 AM
