Our company seeks a woodworker builder/finisher to join our team. Ideally, we would like someone with experience in woodworking who is well-versed in handling various hand tools. The ideal candidate should be dependable, have excellent attendance, and be able to work for more than 45 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who is production-minded and has a strong focus on maintaining outstanding quality and speed while paying close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Building furniture using traditional construction techniques
• Operate woodworking tools
• Preparing parts so they are ready to accept finish and can be assembled
• Construct various types of furniture according to specifications
• Applying finish and stain to furniture using spray equipment
• Inspecting furniture
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Repairing damaged areas or other character marks
• Loading and unloading furniture from the Finish line
• Supporting other areas of the factory as needed

• Very Dependable, Excellent Attendance, and the ability to work 45 hours
• Production-minded with a focus on quality and speed, enjoying a fast pace
• Able to see how parts go together and to problem-solve fit-up challenges
• Comfortable working with powered hand tools
• Able to do some moderate lifting
• Medically able to wear a respirator
• A supportive team player who enjoys working with others
• Good attention to detail and an artistic eye

Job type & Compensation:

• Full-time, Hourly wage & Weekly pay
• Wage depends on experience
• Assemblers Bonus Incentive
• $2/hour Sprayer Bonus

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed, 4-hour morning
