Executive Chef (Golf)
Salary:$90,000 - $105,000
Location:Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
I am excited to have teamed up with a prosperous hospitality group that is expanding their team. Due to exciting growth, they are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join their culinary team and infuse it with their creativity, passion, and ambition!
Responsibilities:

• Lead the property's culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer's expectations
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence
• Create and develop menus to reflect the restaurant concepts
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork
• Ensure that the kitchen is staffed appropriately
• Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislation
• Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management
• Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within a similar establishment
• Ability to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment
• A well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team members
• Previous Club experience is a must
• Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred
