Resource Management is Hiring a Seasonal Soil Sampler Near Holderness, NH

Now that spring is underway, RMI is looking for a Seasonal Soil Sampler. This part-time position would be excellent for an outdoor enthusiast, student, or anyone with an interest in agriculture or soil health!

Position Summary

The Seasonal Soil Sampler will perform field work and support services for managing RMI residuals. Position duties will include soil and material sampling, documentation of all activities for recordkeeping, and miscellaneous other duties. Work will be performed in a manner to maximize efficiency and contain costs for RMI while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Safety shall be the highest priority at all times. This position is based out of Holderness, New Hampshire, but the employee shall be available for assignments throughout all of New England and eastern New York.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of current acceptable agricultural practices and best management practices or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn general soil science.
  • Ability to quickly learn our products and their impact on soils and crops.
  • Skill at communicating with a wide range of customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to drive long distances and carry out assignments in remote areas.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
