Overview:
Willow Health Care, Inc, not-for-profit entity, offering five long term care facilities, three assisted living, one rural health clinic and a home health/home care division.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse in the Corporate MDS Nurse position, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care assessments in our multi-facility corporation.

Minimum qualifications:

- RN with minimum two years MDS experience

- Knowledge of MO case mix index

- Care Plans

- RAC certified preferred

- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing
