We are seeking a talented Compensation Analyst to join our HR team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company's compensation practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business goals. You will conduct in-depth analyses of compensation data, evaluate market trends, and make recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation data, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits, to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions and salary structures that reflect market trends and internal pay equity.
  • Responsible for administration of annual performance management process. Provides support to HR leadership team and training for employees.
  • Analyze and interpret compensation policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR leadership and hiring managers on compensation-related matters, including job offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to assess our company's position in the market and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Responsible for developing and overseeing procedures for processing records and reporting confidential information and generating ad hoc reports.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in compensation and benefits to continuously improve our programs and policies.
  • Provides the appropriate tools to leadership for the administration of all aspects of human capital management.

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field; master’s degree or certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, COGNOS, and/or other reporting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
