Since our founding in Oregon City, Oregon in the 1930's as a solo physician, we have grown to include 6 providers, over 16 support staff and on-site lab. The mission of the practice is to provide high quality medical services to our patients. Our vision is to exemplify the best in medical practice by promoting the best health care and treaments of our patients. Family Nurse Practitioner
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families across the lifespan
- Conduct physical examinations and perform diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order necessary laboratory tests
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oregon
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
