OnCare Hospice is Hiring a Weekend Hospice LPN!
Our Weekend Hospice LPN Will:
- Under direction of the RN, provide individualized care by treating each patient as they would want a loved one treated.
- Assist in the development of care plans that reflect each person and their needs.
- Be detail oriented, knowing that carefully managed patients (medications, treatments, communication, aide supervision, etc.) have more comfort and dignity.
- Focus on customer service when interacting with patients, families, communities/facilities, and all partners and coworkers.
- Help team members improve through instruction and support.
- Build and manage meaningful relationships with all partners.
Our Weekend Hospice LPN Has:
- Flexibility to work on-call triaging patient phone calls and completing patient visits Friday-Monday.
- An active state-required LPN license or a compact state license.
- 2 years hospice experience.
- An active Driver's License with a reliable vehicle, insurance and an acceptable driving record.
- Humility to know that even experts learn something new every single day.
- A positive attitude and desire to make every day better for the people they encounter.
