IT Systems Administrator - Active Directory & M365

Location- Allentown PA or Louisville KY for hybrid work

Contract 12 months with possible FTE

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled AD and M365 Administrator to join our team, responsible for managing Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 administration. This role will focus on maintaining user accounts, security groups, and policies within these systems, as well as handling Exchange Online and general email troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be adept at working with end-users and other IT professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• The primary function of this role is operational. You'll be responsible for resolving incident tickets, working on major incidents, and fulfilling service requests related to Active Directory and M365.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Configure and administer EntraID/SSO for secure single sign-on.
• Perform daily administration tasks for Office 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve email issues in Exchange Online.
• Assist end-users with technical problems related to Active Directory and M365.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our IT infrastructure.
• Experience with workstations, servers, and networking

**Qualifications:**

**Required: **

• Minimum 5 year of experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and EntraID/SSO.
• Experience administering Office 365, including Exchange Online.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for email issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with both end-users and IT colleagues.

**Preferred: **

• Experience with Tanium for endpoint management.
• Knowledge of PKI/Certificates (e.g., Digicert) for secure communication.
• Experience managing Teams conferencing features.

**Additional Information: **

We are located in PA and KY, and while some flexibility exists, we prefer candidates located in either of these areas.
