ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assume the duties of a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and/or Administrative Staff on an as-needed basis due to vacant positions, new acquisitions, or special circumstances such as lease ups or mass recertifications at an assigned property.
  • Support the team on each project towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals and objectives.
  • Formulate and analyze data received from regional management reviews, rent increases and requests for use of funds from reserve for replacements, residual receipts, and/or other sources of funding
  • Provide backup administrative and accounts payable support to regional offices, as necessary.
  • Regular and ongoing communication with the Director regarding daily operations.

Qualifications


  • Knowledge of government-assisted housing programs such as HUD, LIHTC, RD, CHFA.
  • Solid knowledge of Fair Housing Laws so that policies and actions are administered in compliance with federal, state and local laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a team member, managerial, and supportive role..
  • Licensed ability to drive a vehicle and satisfactory driving record.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$55,000- $60,000 annually

Schedule: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from accredited two-year college or technical school and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with HUD and or CHFA, or other affordable housing program as a property manager, compliance specialist or assistant regional manager preferred.

Training: We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their career. Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety; Public Speaking; Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed Care; and many more.
