Overview : We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Configuration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Field Service to meet the unique needs of our clients. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and implementing configurations to optimize field service operations.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to field service management.
2. Design and configure Oracle Field Service to align with client needs, including but not limited to work zones, resources, service territories, business rules, forms, workflows, and integrations.
3. Develop and implement custom solutions to address complex business challenges and enhance system capabilities.
4. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Oracle Field Service configuration, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
5. Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure configurations meet functional and performance requirements.
6. Deliver training sessions to clients' personnel on Oracle Field Service functionality, configuration, and usage.
7. Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Oracle Field Service solutions.
8. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Oracle Field Service configurations post-implementation.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies related to field service management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (5 years) in configuring and implementing Oracle Field Service solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of field service management processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Oracle Field Service modules, configuration tools, and customization capabilities.
• Experience with integration of Oracle Field Service with other enterprise systems (HCM, ERP & PPM).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently manage multiple priorities.
• Oracle certifications related to field service management (e.g., Oracle Field Service Cloud Service 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
• Experience with Boomi and Dynamics is a plus not mandatory.
