AdRem Systems is Hiring an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with Security Clearance Near Bethesda, MD
AdRem Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope polygraph is required. Responsibilities: 1. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting the development of AI engineering and capabilities. 2. Collaborate closely with Intel government customers and IT developers to create artifacts for AI architecture and AI security based on experience and real-world considerations. 3. Demonstrate expertise in AI with strong technical writing skills. 4. Leverage experience with the Intelligence Community (IC), including non-DoD IC elements. 5. Specialize in one or more of the following subfields: • AI architecture • AI engineering • AI model development • AI research • Data architecture • Data engineering and/or library sciences 6. Ensure AI assurance, AI security, and AI privacy. 7. Be forward-leaning and recommend necessary improvements to achieve the Customer’s vision. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, or a closely related field. • Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java. • Experience with big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar. • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods. • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full-scope polygraph. Desired Skills: 1. Experience with Power BI or other BI tools. 2. Experience with Python development. 3. Experience with R, Tableau, or other data visualization/analytical software.
