Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about leveraging digital platforms and technologies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience executing, monitoring, and adjusting digital marketing strategies to support broader marketing objectives and enhance our customers' experience. This role entails tracking, reporting, and continuously improving traffic, engagement, audience growth, and conversion rates through online channels. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product management, and marketing team members is essential to ensure success and alignment with overall business objectives.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n \tDevelop and Execute Email Campaigns: Create engaging and nurturing email marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics to optimize results, and implement segmentation and personalization strategies.\n \tImplement Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and execute the company's marketing automation strategy in alignment with business objectives while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\n \tManage Marketing Platforms: Oversee and manage platforms like Pardot, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, HootSuite, Interlynx, and SFDC, ensuring proper setup, integration, and data integrity.\n \tExecute and Optimize Campaigns: Develop an omnichannel approach to campaigns utilizing ABM techniques, SEO/PPC, email drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and triggered responses, using dynamic content and personalization to boost engagement.\n \tLead Management and Collaboration: Implement lead scoring and segmentation to prioritize and qualify leads, collaborate with sales teams for seamless handoff and follow-up, and manage list acquisition, behavior-based segmentation, email deliverability, database hygiene, and GDPR compliance.\n \tData Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze marketing automation performance metrics, make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize workflows, and serve as the go to resource for marketing automation related inquires/troubleshooting.\n\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, paid and organic SEO, display advertising, ABM, marketing automation (nurture), lead management.
  • Software/Application Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Google Analytics - Required.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
