As a Finance intern at Suitsupply you will work in an international, fast-growing and dynamic organization in retail. You will be part of our global Finance team in Suitsupply's HQ in Amsterdam. The accounting team further includes accounts payable, accounts receivable and GL accounting. During your internship you will focus on managing travel and expenses of our centralized operations in 15 countries. If you think you’d be a good fit, we want to hear from you!

Your typical day includes:

• User management in the expense tool (SRXP), Uber business account, Corporate credit cards and in the portal of our travel partner.
• Analyse, review and approve expense reports submitted by employees for accuracy, proper coding and correct receipt attachment.
• Ensure that employees are in compliance with the Travel & Expense policy.
• Understand and apply Travel & Expense processes, policies and procedures.
• Monitor Travel & Expense policy compliance, pro-actively communicate non-compliance issues to management and address issues through training and process management.
• Daily reconciliation between SRXP and Exact.
• Follow up with users and approvers regarding overdue expense reports.
• Serve as a contact for employees on travel and reimbursement questions, concerns and any travel and expense related issues.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of Travel & Expense related processes and policies.

This internship might be for you if you have:

• A (almost finished) Bachelor's degree in any finance related field
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and personality
• Hands-on mentality in a dynamic fast paced work environment
• Naturally curious, team player, responsible
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
