• Complete intake process with prospective families, matching them with services that best meet their needs.
• Conduct at least two annual home visits with Head Start and Early Head Start families.
• Observe children and talk with families at drop-off/pick-up times at designated centers.
• Maintain complete information on child and family, including chronological reports and center observations.
• Maintain weekly communication with Center Directors and other support staff to identify potential concern/issues.
• Direct child/family issues to the appropriate staff, agencies, etc.
• Provide training for parents and staff as needed and assigned.
• Maintain regular communication with Family Support and Communication Specialist, Center Directors, and Fiscal staff regarding child’s enrollment status

A minimum of a High School Diploma but must obtain FRS credential within 18 mos. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field with experience working with children and families.
