Job Description: Our client located in Dallas, TX is looking to bring on skilled deployment technicians to support them through a recent acquisition and ensure their new equipment is swapped, imaged, and connected to their new domain. These individuals will be working within a team of 4 to deploy laptops, desktops, and printers across their facilities and ensure all inventory is in the correct location.

Responsibilities:

• Technicians will be responsible for setting up machines in staging, removing new machines pre-imaged domains and connecting to site domain
• Swapping out all existing machines with new machines and ensuring they are properly labeled, recorded, and documented
• Logging into new machines and replacing files, printers, and favorites back in place as needed
• Manually load software that might be required of the machine
• Collect old machines and return to designated area
• Collaborate with onsite leadership and team members to move project along and stay on top of timelines

Qualification:

• 3 Years of deployment experience
• Experience working in a complex environment (hospital preferred)
• Prior networking exposure/ability to rack and stack switches, routers, etc.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule
• Strong problem solving experience and able to roll up their sleeves and jump in where is needed
