• Oversee the daily operations of the lawn maintenance crew
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of all job duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Manage and maintain equipment and tools
• Ensure adherence to industry standards for quality and safety
• Provide training and guidance to crew members
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement efficient work processes

• Prior experience as a lawn maintenance foreman
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment usage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

This position will also involve performing certain accounting and administrative tasks related to the lawn maintenance crew, including record-keeping, inventory management, and scheduling.
