* Position Overview/Project Details: Compiles and records patient information. Arranges medical appointments for patients. Conducts the check-in process for patients at the front desk. Verifies insurance and gets benefits. Virtual and in-person consenting new patients.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience: 2-3yrs relevant experience. Experience with insurance verification. EPIC experience is a plus.
Minimum Education: HS graduate required.
Location (If remote, list as so): 100% on-site (Duarte)
Schedule: Position will start Monday thru Friday and eventually weekend coverage once trained. Hours will be 8-4:30 with occasional overtime. Hours may vary for earlier or later shift when coverage is needed.
