DC Insurance group is an Independent Insurance Agency based in St. Clair Shores, MI. Founded in 2003 by Mike Domzalski and Luke Ciaramitaro, DC Insurance Group has been providing insurance services that protect individuals and businesses in and around the Detroit Metropolitan area including property and liability insurance, home owners insurance and auto insurance.
As an independent agency, we represent a broad spectrum of national, regional, and domestic insurance companies. This allows us to find the most comprehensive and cost-effective insurance solutions for our customers. We are seeking a new member on Customer Service Representative Team.
Qualifications:
- Must possess positive attitude and have the ability to work with people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Aid clients through understanding policy language and coverages
- Communicate effectively with customers by answering the phone and emails
- Review and recommend changes on current and renewal polices
- Ability to document all activities through the agency management system
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance to new and existing clients
- Process endorsements, claims and billing payments on current policies
- Assist new and current clients in obtaining quotes through the comparative rater
