Meeting Coordinator temporary to hire position located in North Shore. Duties: Work directly with Meeting Managers to assist in various task related to annual scientific meetings. Primary contact for member inquiries and requests. Typing of correspondence and tracking all program changes. Assist in creating blast email campaigns, promotion calendars and meetings. Assist in preparation and proofreading of all marketing materials. Thorough knowledge of MS -Office Suite. Travel required. Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm 1 hour lunch
