Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with our robust growth goals.
- Proactively source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and HR teams, and prepare recruitment reports and metrics for analysis.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Actively work towards creating a diverse workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practices.
- 7 years of experience handling fast-paced, high-volume full cycle recruiting.
- Prior experience working in a high-growth start-up environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with the ability to navigate across multiple work streams while managing their time efficiently
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
