Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and appraise items brought in for pawn or sale, such as electronics, jewelry, and other valuable items
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers
- Maintain accurate records of pawned items and transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Clean, display, and price items for sale in the showroom
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and pricing to ensure competitive offers
- Adhere to all legal requirements and regulations related to pawnbroking
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory management
- Experience in sales, particularly in electronics, technical, or jewelry sales is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of electronics, jewelry, and other valuable items is a plus
