Job Responsibilities

Midlands Technical College is a public, multi-campus, two-year public college serving the primary region of Richland, Lexington and Fairfield counties of South Carolina that offers a variety of associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Primary function- Answer the phones in operations, directs incoming telephone calls and assists as needed.

* Work with the end user on Agile Fleet, helps with assigning vehicles from the fleet.

* Work with the end user on Operations Work Order system, entering in the work orders as needed.

* Assist with key issuance.

* Provide support to Associate Director over construction area under the operations.

* Other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

High school diploma or GED with one (1) year of administrative experience or project coordination, and current enrollment in higher education program, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree and 1 (one) year experience in a office setting
