YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY

Civil Superintendent position for immediate hire. Must excel with customer relationships. Civil Superintendent requirements are:

• Keep projects on time and on budget with scheduling and cost review
• Provide leadership, develop and oversight to FM and PEs, and field crews
• Attend bid reviews, preconstruction meetings, and tailgate meetings
• Attend preconstruction meetings with PM and PE
• Manage subcontractors and maintain communication with project team.
• Ensure projects are following Work Plans, review time cards, update changing conditions, update 4-week lookahead schedule
• Any other associated duties of field management

BACKGROUND PROFILE

Expertise in Heavy Civil construction

3 years’ experience as a Civil Superintendent

Exposure to grading, excavation, site work, structures or bridges.

Knowledge of managing site-work, road work, and highway construction
