We are recruiting for a dynamic Server/Culinary Assistant who will provide excellent dining services to our residents. The incumbent will serve and assist residents, assist with meal preparation, maintain proper dining room setup up, assist with dishwashing, handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standard, and perform various other resident-focused tasks.
The ideal candidate for Server/Culinary Assistant will demonstrate and promote a culture that embraces compassion, character, and commitment to every individual in the workplace. Dedicated to providing the best heartfelt care and services to our residents and their families.

Job Type: Full-Time position available, weekday and weekend availability
Pay Rate: Starting at $14.50 hourly depending on experience

Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
