Job Summary:
The Patient Financial Representative performs tasks required to accurately and timely collect Accounts Receivables
- Responsible for billing, collecting, invoicing, payment posting, adjusting, researching, and follow up on all assigned patient accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keeps accounts receivable days at stated yearly goal.
- Keeps accounts receivable over 90% at stated yearly goal.
- Treats all staff, clients, and business partners/vendors with respect and dignity.
- Remains cross trained on all Accounts Receivable Specialist duties.
- Fosters collaborative working relationships among members of the leadership and management teams and programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred.
