Essential Duties of the Development Project Manager:
- Maintain, monitor, review, and report on project budgets and change orders
- Review and escalate issues as required to maintain project schedule, budget, standards and guidelines, and design intent.
- Monitor processing timeliness and review RFIs and Submittals
- Coordinate and verify accuracy of all turnover documents, as built and O&M manuals
- 2 years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience with BlueBeam is a plus.
- Experience with large scale renovations and writing RFIs is a plus.
- Flexible with travel (local and around continental US)
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical degree
- $90,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
- Hybrid flexibility
