As a Master Data Analyst at Four Hands, you'll ensure accuracy and consistency of master data across systems. This role will develop and implement quality standards and automated workflows using SQL Server and Power BI, as well as, analyze data for insights, collaborate with teams, optimize processes, and support system implementations.
In This Role- Cleanse and maintain master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and platforms
- Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to uphold data integrity and reliability
- Design and implement automated processes and workflows for data maintenance, leveraging tools such as SQL Server and Power BI
- Generate and analyze reports to identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with various departments within Four Hands to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Continuously optimize data management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Increase the breadth and quality of data tracked, monitored and analyzed for internal use and client reporting
- Participate in the implementation of new systems and processes
- Handle complex data requests, reports, and predictive data modeling
- Troubleshoot and offer solutions based on the team’s needs
- Assist in training all new data entry and temporary staff
- Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
- Other tasks as defined by Management
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management and analytics
- Bachelor's Degree Required in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field
- Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in data cleansing, data profiling, and data quality assessment techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Required experience in Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in CRMs and PLMs is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
