We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Customer and Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, fostering customer relationships, and enhancing our online presence through marketing, social media management, and advertising. This role requires a unique blend of skills including call center experience, general construction knowledge, marketing expertise, and proficiency in social media and online business page management.

Schedule: MONDAY-THURSDAY 9:00am-6:00pm, FRIDAY 9:00am-3:00pm

IN-OFFICE POSITION

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Utilize active listening and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns.

2. General Construction Knowledge:

- Demonstrate a basic understanding of construction terminology, processes, and materials to effectively communicate with clients and address inquiries related to our products and services.

3. Marketing and Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services to potential customers.

- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve online presence.

4. Advertising and Business Page Management:

- Create and manage advertisements across various platforms to reach target audiences and drive traffic to our business.

- Maintain and update business pages on relevant platforms (e.g., Google My Business, Yelp) to ensure accurate information and positive representation of our brand.

Qualifications:

-18 age requirement

- Previous experience in a call center environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.

- Basic knowledge of construction principles, materials, and terminology.

- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and advertising.

- Proficiency in managing business pages on various platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
