The successful candidate is a motivated, customer-oriented team player with a deep understanding of technology and social media marketing. The ideal individual for this role will have a passion for helping others, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, create a positive work environment, & be flexible with their schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Background in customer service
  • Ability to quickly adapt & time manage efficiently
  • Skilled experience with computer technology including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, standard office equipment, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • High School Diploma

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new agent onboarding/agent follow-up
  • Aid with Market Center events
  • Thorough understanding of Keller Williams technology, with a proven ability to teach material and provide agent support
  • Front desk phone support
  • Social media marketing & management across various types of platforms for the brokerage and agents
  • Develop an understanding of the real estate industry, along with the systems, tools, and models of Keller Williams.
  • High attention to detail & organization
  • Part-time (20 hours/week) with flexibility in schedule. No nights or weekends
