We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant with a solid expertise in civil litigation. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of civil litigation cases ranging from maritime law to class action.Key Responsibilities:• Managing electronic filing (eFiling) in both state and federal courts.• Calendar management using Outlook or CompuLaw.• Formatting documents using Adobe and Nuance platforms.• Contributing to discovery shells, including occasional propounding and responding.• Aiding in trial preparation (rare but a nice-to-have)^ Pay is contingent upon fluency with these tasks.Perks of Firm:· Your managing attorney explains things thoroughly and outlines his expectations.
