Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of BIM processes and standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and maintain BIM execution plans.
- Manage BIM models and datasets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Facilitate clash detection and resolution meetings to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and workflows.
- Maintain awareness of emerging BIM technologies and best practices and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular audits of BIM models to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of BIM deliverables for client presentations and submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience working in BIM coordination roles within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
