Oil & Gas Industry is Hiring a Flowback Operator Near Pittsburgh, PA
- The assistance of equipment rig up and rig down on each well under the guidance of the Senior Operator / Supervisor.
- Prepare and operate the well testing equipment, including shutdown systems, switchgear, generators & compressors, manifolds, sand separators, test separators, etc. ensuring that all procedures are followed by the safety precautions and practices required and that equipment is operated within its limitations.
- To ensure that the servicing and preventative maintenance are carried out and that equipment is ready and available for use as required.
- To ensure that visual operating checks are carried out, as well as the correct operating procedures performed on all equipment and systems, as per industry standard recommendations, including safety compliance.
- Other roles and responsibilities during contractual activities on TETRA projects include, but are not limited to the following:
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
- Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Certification (GED)
- EXPERIENCE: All levels of experience
- LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Valid Driver's License
- OTHER:
- Must have knowledge of all typical flowback activities including Frac, Drillout, and Production operations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
