Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Construciton Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction accounting. Duties can include, but are not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Subcontractor Management, Employee Onboarding. Position will be in-office with the possibility of some remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work as a team with other Pool Doctor employees
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with clients and Pool Doctor management
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Experience in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate data processing
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Computer skills: Microsoft 365, Google Suite/Workspace/Teams, Quickbooks

Not Required But Would Be Nice:

• Previous experience in pool industry
• Notary Puiblic

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
