Engineering Test Technician - Hudson, MA - $72-79KTop Massachusetts firm seeks individual with 3-5 industrial/mechanical background; or equivalent combination of education/experience. Must have strong mechanical background, experience with manual machining (Bridgeport mill, Lathe, etc) a . Basic electrical knowledge. Must be able to read engineering blueprints (mechanical required, electrical desired). Must be able to use tools such as torque wrenches and power tools.Strong computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc. Experience in SAP a . Some travel required, sometimes international.Duties and Responsibilities:Able and willing to work in an industrial machine shop environment. Work effectively as a part of the Engineering team to manufacture, assemble, and test various aircraft components, balancing machines, and test articles. Lead and complete assigned tasks and projects to meet customer requirements. Resolve issues, report observations, and results to customers and engineers with high degree of quality and professionalism. Keep test facility and operational areas in order, maintain equipment, and work area in compliance with 5S protocol.
