Our experienced team provides outstanding service and quality to our clients. We are currently seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Description:
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on Business to Business (B2B) sales, engaging in a consultative approach to understand and address customer needs through our products and services. You will work closely with our experienced team to leverage the latest print and mail technologies to deliver value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sell Zenger Group products and services by developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including prospecting through networking, face-to-face meetings, and outbound calling.
- Interface with key customer executives to establish professional and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Retain and grow revenue, expanding account share through effective sales strategies.
- Introduce clients to products that align with their business needs.
- Understand customer needs and expectations, promoting Zenger Group’s entire scope of services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team and staff to develop proposals, pricing, and credit terms, negotiating terms and contracts with prospects and customers.
Ideal Candidate:
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Disciplined approach to assignment management.
- Outgoing and confident personality with a willingness to learn.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial edge, capable of working with both small and large accounts.
- Strong presentation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High work and business ethics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
