Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations using different types of vehicles. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including refrigerated trailers, roll-off trucks, flatbeds, dump trucks, and forklifts
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Skills:
- Commercial driving experience with a clean driving record
- Proficient in operating vehicles with manual transmission
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Experience with car towing and securing loads
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
