Shift : Varies; 1st shift with varying hours, including possible overtime and weekend work

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create three-dimensional themed work for a range of projects.Create various paint finishes and renderings to enhance the visual appeal.

Collaborate with designers, and team members to achieve project goals.Use a variety of tools and techniques, including welding, cutting, grinding, sanding, spraying, brushing and mixing.

Develop master forms, molds, parts and color pallets to ensure project precision.Work projects from surface preparation to finishing touches.

Maintain written and verbal documentation to track progress and details.Utilize basic hand tools such as tape measures, hammers, pliers, shovels, and rakes.

Operate power tools, including drills, saws, handheld grinders.Strictly adhere to safety requirements and equipment guidelines.

Follow all company policies and procedures.Perform other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge and SkillA combination of education and experience in artistic fabrication and construction.Proven ability to sculpt, paint, and fabricate theme projects.

Strong reading and comprehension skills with effective communication abilities.Capacity to apply common sense to detailed instructions and handle standardized situations.

Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints is preferred.Forklift and light equipment operations experience is a plus.

OSHA / safety training is preferred.Benefits
