45 North is looking for a few great people to join our team. A positive attitude is a must. 90% of the job is customer facing, being able to create and maintain a warm, welcoming and hospitable experience is key.

Duties include: greeting guests, serving & selling wine, educating guests about wine, light food prep & service, restocking wine & merchandise, keeping the tasting room clean & tidy.

Must be able to work weekends and some holidays, stand for long periods of time, & lift/carry 40 lbs. Base hourly rate range: $11-14/hr DOE tips, commission (with tips servers are averaging $19-30/hr). Hours/days are flexible. Minimum commitment of 1 shift a week but hiring up to 3-4 shifts a week.

Prior wine knowledge is not necessary. We will train you. Serving experience and customer service experience is a huge plus.
