The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care facility, managing staff, and ensuring optimal care levels for all residents.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staffing, resident care, and administrative duties. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
