Looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Resort Manager for our fabulous boutique hotels, The Twist and Limon.
The Twist is located in the upscale Uptown Design District. Our hotel offers unique Mid Century Modern designed rooms; our guests have long loved that all of our rooms feature full kitchens and the exceptional hospitality that The Twist has always offered.
As the Resort Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotels. You will be involved in all managing staff to guest relations. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive the growth and success of our hotels.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role. You must be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Must have excellent technical skills and be an expert in working with various reservation systems.

Here is a detailed list of responsibilities you may be expected to carry out:
1. Guest Relations: You will be responsible for ensuring that the guests have an exceptional experience during their stay at the hotels. This includes handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring that the staff is delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that arise.
2. Operations Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotels, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively. This includes managing the staff, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities, and making sure that the hotel is always operating at a high standard.
3. Budgeting and Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the hotel's budget, ensuring that the hotel is operating within budget and that all financial targets are met. This includes monitoring expenses.
4. Marketing and Sales: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. This includes developing relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive sales. Responding to all sales inquiries immediately, providing detailed quotes and giving site tours.
6. Staff Management: You will be responsible for managing the hotel's staff, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities and that they are meeting the hotel's standards. This includes recruiting and hiring staff, training and development, scheduling, and performance management.
7. Health and Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel is meeting all health and safety standards and regulations. This includes implementing and enforcing health and safety policies, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any health and safety concerns.
8. Administration: You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the hotel, including managing the hotel's inventory, supplies, and equipment, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
9. Property Management: As the responsible party, you will need to ensure that all guest rooms meet the highest standards before they are occupied. This involves thorough inspections to ensure that everything is in proper working order and that the room is clean and well-stocked with necessary amenities. Furthermore, it is essential to maintain the property with meticulous attention to detail at all times, ensuring that it is presentable and well-cared for to provide guests with a positive and memorable experience.
10. Business Development: You will be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth and increase revenue. This includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and developing partnerships with other businesses and organizations.
